Welcome, this is the company blog of Success-Dynamics.com, a Croydon based company that sells software for Psychometric Surveys. We're part of the Adams And Associates group - a business consultancy.

Whats the difference? Tests or Surveys? We sell Personality Surveys, NOT tests. A test is something you pass or fail. A survey measures the state of your mind- the word psychometric means 'Measure the Mind' and thats what we're doing. Our methodology for surveys uses the DiSC method, an abbreviation of dominance, influence, steadiness and compliance. A survey requires you to select words that are Most relevant and Least relevant to you. From this we construct a comprehensive multi-page report which describes you - what motivates you, the type of work you prefer, how you interact with others and much more. This has been refined over nearly 20 years of use and we claim an accuracy of at least 85%
