training centre we offer three levels of training in the use of our psychometric
business tools. Each course gives a deeper understanding of the methodology,

Level I - 2 Days

Level II - 2 Days
Expanding the applications of Personality
Survey System (TM) in workplace Assessment, Counselling and Team-Building.
Counselling-
- Help identify why an individual's behaviour may change
in their workplace.
- Ascertain whether a person's perceptions of their
role are accurate.
- Use a greater understanding of the individual to
give more constructive guidance and counselling, and prevent future
problems.
Management Styles-
- Predict typical interactions in management teams
and between managers and staff to avoid conflict and create greater
synergy.
- Empower managers to identify the needs and motivational
factors of their staff, thus improving team spirit and productivity.

and teams to be assertive, and deal effectively and humanly with other
people's aggressive or submissive behaviour. This powerful course improves

of self-development and improvement. The courses are individually constructed
for each company on a bespoke basis. Conducted at a quiet country hotel
over three days and two evenings, the course guarantees to improve or
further develop the lines of communication between an existing or future
team. The courses are conducted by two highly experienced trainers who
