Psychometric Training

In trained hands, they are valuable tools. In untrained hands, testing can disadvantage both the employers and employees and be costly in both financial and human resource terms - getting it wrong costs a lot more than getting it right.

Success Dynamics makes it a condition of licensing that only trained analysts are authorised to use its psychometric business tools. At our Croydon training centre we offer three levels of training in the use of our psychometric business tools. Each course gives a deeper understanding of the methodology, and how to use these business aids to improve staff retention, team synergy and bottom line profits.

Level I - 2 Days

  • What the training enables you to do.

  • How to use the Personality Survey System.

  • Procedures for administration.

  • How to score and interpret the results.

  • How to communicate the results and give verbal feedback.

  • Uses of the computer report.

  • How to deal with inquiries and complaints.

  • Treating the candidate ethically and fairly.

  • Measuring stress levels with Personality Survey System.

  • How to use the JobScan.

  • Identifying personality characteristics that will result in job success.

  • Who should be using the JobScan.

  • JobScan as a tool for efficient and meaningful appraisals.

  • Using JobScan to identify training needs.


Level II - 2 Days

Expanding the applications of Personality Survey System (TM) in workplace Assessment, Counselling and Team-Building.

Counselling-

  • Help identify why an individual's behaviour may change in their workplace.

  • Ascertain whether a person's perceptions of their role are accurate.

  • Use a greater understanding of the individual to give more constructive guidance and counselling, and prevent future problems.

Management Styles-

  • Predict typical interactions in management teams and between managers and staff to avoid conflict and create greater synergy.

  • Empower managers to identify the needs and motivational factors of their staff, thus improving team spirit and productivity.

  • Implement improved appraisal and assessment procedures that predict and identify adjustment to job demands, stress levels and indicate promotion potential.

Team Building and Assessment-

  • Use Personality Survey System to assist in building synergistic and complimentary teams.

  • Identify which individuals are best suited for particular roles.

  • Assess teams for potential or known conflicts of style and develop a strategy to create harmony.

Level III - 2 Days

  • In-depth personality assessment.

Assertiveness Training

Behaving in an assertive manner is, for many people, extremely difficult and does not come naturally but needs to be learned. Consequently, many people behave aggressively or submissively, behaviours, which by their very nature cannot lead to the best interactions between people. Success Dynamics' Assertiveness Courses empower individuals and teams to be assertive, and deal effectively and humanly with other people's aggressive or submissive behaviour. This powerful course improves productivity, improves individual self-image and promotes the concept of self-development and improvement. The courses are individually constructed for each company on a bespoke basis. Conducted at a quiet country hotel over three days and two evenings, the course guarantees to improve or further develop the lines of communication between an existing or future team. The courses are conducted by two highly experienced trainers who developed this unique blend of scientific tools, team assignments and training.
